Assalamualaikum rakan2 SERATAS.
Maklumat awal kematian Pegawai Batalion Kesebelas Rejimen Askar Melayu. Pada jam lebih kurang jam 1800. Kapt Redzuan bin Mansor (3011988) (batch 9802) sedang bermain bola tampar sempena karnival sukan Batalion.
 
Beliau secara tiba2 rebah dan tidak sedarkan diri. Ambulans yang berada ditempat kejadian terus membawa beliau ke Hospital Umum Kuching. Pada jam lebih kurang 1900 doktor mengesahkan Kapt Redzuan bin Mansor (3011988) telah meninggal dunia.

Arwah Kapt Redzuan Mansor ni Regiment Signal Officer di 11 Melayu Kem Semenggo
Selamat petang Datuk/Dato'/Tuan. Perkembangan pengurusan jenazah Allahyarham Kapt Mohd Redzuan. Jenazah masih disimpan di Hospital Umum Sarawak menunggu utk post mortem pada pagi besok. Selepas post mortem, jenazah akan dibawa ke Masjid Salahuddin Al Ayubi Kem Penrissen, Kuching dan seterusnya jenazah akan diterbangkan ke Alor Setar. Upacara sembahyang di Masjid Kem Penrissen dijangkakan pada jam 1000. Drp Ltkol Sukcha - Duty Controller MK 1 Div.

Ya Allah, betapa kuatnya dugaanmu kepada Malaysia kali ini. Ya Allah, selamatkanlah Malaysia dari sebarang bencana dan perbuatan khianat dan jahat musuh-musuh kami. Pulangkanlah segala perbuatan jahat yg dilakukan terhadap negara kami kepada pembuat jahat itu semula.
