This Gunze offering (produced in collaboration with Dragon/DML) is a fine kit in its own right, and does include some nice command antenna parts, including the so-called "star" antenna that the Tamiya kit doesn't have. Periscope, too. Tracks are of the injection-plastic, individual-link, non-working type.
