Bro SH.. kalu tahun 60's Kawan bleh teka dua kapal jer.. HMS Bulwark tau HMS Albion.. coz ni dua kapal dulu pernah jadik Commando Ship, jadik biasa laaa bawak trup + supply + helos..
Kawan tak rasa tu helos chinook coz RAF hanya terima chinook akhir 1980.. me best bet tu kalu betoi helos twin rotor ado kemungkinan helos bristol belvedere.. pernah berkhidmat ngan kat malaya ke borneo bawah no. 66 sqn RAF..

HMS Albion R07 Commando Carrier ship.. ini gambo tarak kene mengena ngan konfrantasi malaysia-indonesia '62-'66.. ni kat pelabuhan mombasa tahun 1964..
cuma nak tunjuk ini carrier bawak itu bristol belvedere.. helos panjang kaler cerah yg park kat bahagian belakang dek tu.. mungkin helos & carrier yg sama spt gambar tuan Hang2PC kat tas tu.. helos lain yg ado dlm gambar ialah westland wessex..

The Royal Navy's ships frequented Cowie Bay during Konfrontasi. Sebatik Island, half Malaysian and half Indonesian, is in the background. Konfrontasi wasn't much of a war, but some of the skirmishes took place on Sebatik. I took this photo from a spot near my house. Can any of you Royal Navy viewers tell me whether this was the Ark Royal or whether it was the Hermes?

ok tuan.. noted.. HMS Hermes ni pun sekelas ngan Bulwark & Albion.. Kelas Centaur ke Centour.. HMS Ark Royal itu, sudah kelas lain.. tapi adik beradik ngan HMS Eagle.. Kawan tak rasa dlm pic tu HMS Ark Royal coz dia convensional carrier.. siap ader itu lasik lagik..

Semalam aku tengok kembali ke Limbang aku serba salah nak 'sokong' pihak mana. Tak kisah TNKU tu berpaksi ke Hindons dan insiden2 ni dikatakan permulaan konfrontasi, tapi bagi aku pejuang2 "on the ground" tetap memperjuangkan kemerdekaan. Apa kata mike?

Salleh Sambas cuma ketua kat Limbang. Ketua PRB dan angkatan bersenjata ialah AM Azhari yang bernaung bawah Bung Sukarno. Ini yang menentang formasi Malaysia and seklaigus mencetus seteru dengan kita. Tapi seperti biasa, grunts yang menerima akibatnya macam yang berlaku kat Limbang.
