semalam nak tanya soalan ni tapi tak sempat.. so.. nak tanya gak arini

apa beza masakan tiga rasa, cth. ikan siakap tiga rasa.. ngan masakan sweet sour @ masam manis, cth. ikan siakap masam manis.???

ada perbezaan antara tiga rasa ngan sweet sour. Sweet sour tak pedas, hanya rasa manis dan masam dari tomato, macam namanya jugak: "sweet n sour". 3 rasa pulak lebih pedas, pekat dan lebih sedap kalau diletak daun ketumbar. Bau dan aroma daun ketumbar ni yang buat ummmppp.

Cemana nak tau mee kuning yang dijual tu memang betul-betul sihat untuk di makan??? selalu kalau makan kat kedai mesti mee dia rasa semacam je macam ada bahan kimia....

make sure tak ada carbide....







kecut kejap..kalau nak save, cari yang guna telur dan tak ada pewarna..dan jangan pilih yang kuning bebenor...

kekeke kan dah kecut...sub element carbide...asid borik kekadang ada digunakan sebagai pengawet..ni biasa jenama murah sikit..tu fasal kalau nak beli jangan cari kuning sangat atau macam tak natural...kilang2 biasa ada manyak tambah bahan yang tak sewajarnya untuk kasi nampak cantik atau tahan lama..

kena rajin perati kandungan, dan kalau boleh..terpaksa beli mahal sikit..ala biasanya lebih pun 2 3 kupang aja pun..

kalau baik dengan orang pasar, deme boleh beritau mana brand yang elok...kalau kat mamak, tengok kaunter masakan dia la..boleh agak, kalau rasa lain macam, tak yah order la..
